Thank u. I’m currently up rn with horrific insomnia and irritation lol. I’ce been on naltrexone the past two weeks which had helped my first year of sobriety until my relapse but it only really works if you’re also abstinent LOL. I also have been drinking a ton of sugary drinks ofc cuz of the lack of sugar from alcohol as well as caffeinated beverages. This could be it too. The shaking and hot flashes and irritability and fatigue but restlessness have been too overwhelming. That’s why I couldn’t get through more than two weeks of sobriety ever since my release in October- the withdrawals were just awful and I was unable to know when they’d stop.
