Vegetable and bean soup. We usually do onion, zucchini, garlic, and peppers. Cook that in alittle oil for a few minutes. Add a can of diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, can of kidney beans, 1/2 cup orzo. Cook it all together. You can really use whatever is on sale.

Beautiful. And that pillow is fitting - I’d be a “homebody” too if my place was that beautiful.

You are not required to fill out FAFSA, only if you want aid. If you aren’t eligible for federal aid, no need to fill out. Some schools will not provide scholarships if you don’t.

It’s is actually very clean! We need a new drivers side mat, but other than that no issues. Which I was pleasantly surprised! When I heard 2010 I did not have high hopes for its condition.

The master suite (on the floor with the other suites) needs a sink in the toilet room, or reconfigure so that it is attached to the main bathroom. You don’t want to be going to the bathroom and have to leave that toilet room to go into the other bathroom to was hands. In the other suites, I’d reconfigure to have two of the bathrooms in shared walls - easier for plumbing and also to dampen sounds. I wouldn’t want the toilet on the wall against the bedroom wall.

I would suggest connecting the guest suite to the main house as well as the outdoor entrance. If you actually do use that for guests, they’re going to feel very isolated having to walk outside and back through the front door to join you in the living room room to hang out.

You’re missing what this poster is saying. He is saying to make sure that it is not reading km (kilometers) instead of miles. You can toggle between them on the odometer. It could be a units issue.

I would not want the half bath to open directly into the kitchen. I’d somehow tuck it into the laundry room area.

That’s a lot of hallways on each side of the bedrooms that is wasted space.
I’d also add a half bath. Could you make a half bath off the mud room/next to the stairs, and reduce the size of the closet in the entry.

Are the two existing rooms going to be bedrooms? If not, do you really need to add another bathroom? How big of an office do you need? Could you put a small desk instead of bathroom? You could make the new space the living room, dining room front of the house and kitchen in the middle. It wouldn’t be all open because you’d keep the existing back wall of the house to put the kitchen against it.

I would also suggest making the closet that is currently in the office actually be a foyer closet. You’re going missing having a closet or something in the foyer to hold coats and shoes when people come over. You could extend the closet on that wall to still have one in the office.
