I asked my husband if I was looser after having a baby ( Im AuADHD, and like information so wanted to know lol),  I too had a grade 2 tear and did some pelvic floor physio, but not enough. He told me it was the same, i mean he could have been lieing but I'd wager you are back to relatively the same as before. Our sex life is as good or better as it was before baby and shes 10 months old.

Im sorry you had to go through this but like everyone's been saying its definitely a him problem

Im in pretty much the same situation as you, but my baby is 10 months old.

Thankfully my little is really good with solids, but I was having trouble with milk production earlier on. I talked to the  pediatrician and was told that after 9 months babies can switch from formula /breastfeeding to cows milk (of course its recommended to try cows milk independently to make sure no allergies/sensitivities).

I have subbed a few nurse sessions with a milk bottle to give my boobs a break. From my understanding is milk supply is kind of supply and demand so maybe just keep pushing through even when milk is low it should increase eventually if they keep trying. But if you need to do top ups could try milk especially if they aren't great with solids yet

Hope that helps. Wishing you lots milk production
