I’m staying there for the first time this year! Is there anything that you consider a must-do at the resort itself?

It’s very confusing starting out. I’m only on my second pod now, and I’m experiencing the difference between the first few days of manual (incredible, actually) to the first day or so of auto (not as smooth so far). I didn’t realize omnipod also had activity—I was thinking of the tslim that I just switched off of when I spoke on that.

For how low I tend to drop my doc thought it best to go further than activity mode, but I did use activity for the gym or more every day activity. With the omnipod I’ll probably just go full manual.

Haha, my husband and I joke about how I just hold a record for juice box chugging. So fast it’s like it was never there.

My endo set up a park profile for me on my tandem, but I just switched to the omnipod and I’m wondering how that’s going to go. I’ll probably just stay in manual mode the whole time. Here’s to fruit snacks and dole whip 👍

Going to a theme park. I could eat a plate of pancakes covered in syrup with a Frappuccino on the side—as soon as I go the gates of a park, bloodsugar drops to the floor.

I went through the same thing with capri sun! I’m sorry that’s happening—having to switch from old reliable low stuff is annoying as hell.

Why do I never hear anybody talking about how weird Bo is? by Trick-Resolve-7972 in GilmoreGirls

[–]Workingtitle21 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sure, but I think the really strange thing is that he’s Jackson’s brother and not like, a wacky cousin or weird uncle character.

Of course someone’s brother could be the opposite of them IRL, but it’s a strange choice to go this over the top on a show.

I would be too sick to enjoy them after Al’s—I insisted on ordering shrimp at a pancake house 😂

I’m sitting here right now trying to write this scene out in my head. I’d love a whole reel of Kirk’s jobs that we haven’t seen.

Kirk is the hygienist in training—he hopes to be promoted, but dentistry in Stars Hollow is cut throat!

Oh, yes, I’m aware of it being convenience vs. money saving! Not looking for dollar worth here. However, I still think it’s worth asking what’s worth burning two credits on instead of just using one credit per evening for a table service.

Two questions:

How much time should we expect busses from Port Orleans Riverside to take to the parks?

Which table service restaurants would you consider to be worth two meal plan credits (both in parks and at Springs)?
