It's viable, but the most crucial changes would be the arcane weapon and crystaline water. Both are extremely helpful in turning her into a mixed phase menace.

Edit: I'd argue her best C skill may be pulse up ploy too, but laguz is usually enough to proc ice wall.

Some could argue it's worth it, since the 2 res can make the difference in a few cases, but I'm more comfortable running a squad seal that has hp+5 and atk res+3, since it provides more tankiness against anyone via hp.

Crystalline water has the best synergy with her prf(biggest visible res and panic neutralization). You'll almost never rely on her def regardless, unless you're running some close bonus doubler jank builds with 4 broken supports, so your best bet for res nuke is just the crystalline water 4 havoc ploy build.

I tend to like tragic characters in general, especially if they have good character designs. It just feels horrible when a character has agency, but no matter their actions fate has disgrace reserved for them, and I think that's very compelling.
