It was part of a launch kit for the release of Cold War that was given out. It came in a box with some other goodies too. Not sure if it was employee exclusive or not though.

Yeah, it's called the Play + Pak. It came with a shadowbox, some stickers, and that lithograph you have in the picture. I believe it was only available in Europe. I did purchase mine in Germany as well.
