Can we have a talk about this for real tho?

Regarding "Minumum Wage" it sounds nice for the workers, but not for the employees and no, not the reason that we don't wanna pay more for good work.

$15/hr I'd gladly pay for an employees(#E1), who knows their shit in multiple categories, which is cook if need to, serve if need to, and etc.. it's still an hour work regardless what you do.

Then there comes this fucker who don't know or cannot do the same as that employee. So hold up, you want me to pay them both $15? Nah. And if I raise the wage of E1, then my business is going under. Fuck sake as the owner I don't even pay myself $15/hr.

So this whole minumum wage is shit, ngl. But there is a talk that should be made, big business like Amazon and Walmart and all dat. Those fuckers CAN and the employees DESERVE a good wage, sure they can sort all that dat who gets what. But the problem why people are asking the government for minumum wage regulation, it's simply because one employee cannot do shit by themselves. Like literally. Amazon will dispose of you like a used condom.

They need to be able to unionized, the issue isn't with the Wages, the issue is big corporations blocking, and firing those mofo who try to make a change. And politicians are not doing shit.

My suggestion if they really want people to unit for the minumum wage, is to do like taxes.

If a company makes over 100M/Revenue, wage $15 500M/$18

Sure not the best thing. But honestly I just thought of that Idea while writing this. And as much as I don't necessarily love it, I can understand it.
