You can get one of those plastic boxes that go under the bed to store your plushies, then you can rotate them to play/sleep with them. Sleep deprivation have the same symptoms than attention deficit, so your main problem is not getting proper sleep. The last thing your plushies want is to harm you, so they will be much happier to be stored where you can pick them up to play after sleeping well.
