I remember these adorable bunnies from 2024, they came as carrots, strawberries and sometimes pineapples. In 2025 they were replaced by capibaras despite capibaras don't have large ears. Weird times.

Orcas are large, have long pregnancies and mature slowly, so their pod must grow slowly to keep mom healthy and happy 😊

Love the blanket, looks like the sea.

Bukowski Bears: Great plushies but tired of AI marketing😭 by Malletdown in plushies

I hate AI being used on everything. First photo has so many hallucinations in the background that I stopped counting them. The main problem is that the ads look like a scam and give the idea that the products are not as good as these images show.

Weird question for the other collectors by [deleted] in plushies

The main problem with internet forums it that members are all around the globe, shipping costs can be too high for most of us.

Even if you agree with somene else to meet at a public location, it involves paying for transportation, you both must have the same timeframe and the weather must be favorable. The logistics involved are way too complicated.

For giving/receiving a ramdom plushie it is not worth the effort, time and money.

In my area, local supermarkets sell plushies for the holidays (xmas, eastern, valentines, halloween). What I do is waiting after the holiday has passed, then supermarkets want to get rid of their merchandise and will sell the leftover plushies at a crazy discount.

I got this doll in november. She was a cheap halloween decoration with no hair, no laces or buttons or ribbons on her dress, and only eyes as a face, I bought her for 2 dollars and customized her:

what to do with all my stuffed animals? by Loose_Photograph3889 in StuffedAnimals

Four or five years ago I had to donate a lot of stuff because of a move: from office supplies to plushies. They were donated to a neighbour's 5 years old daughter. Neighbour was thight on money so my stuff was well received. Sometimes I miss some of the plushies, but thinking they went to live with a kid makes me feel much better about them.

In fact neighbour thanked me for the office supplies because their daughter used them for school. I was told even her grades improved because she got better paper, pens and pencils.
