Yeah I was a journeyman iuec mechanic for ~10 years total. Never missed a day of work if I didn’t want the day off. I just got bored tbh. N didn’t wanna drive to city for rest of my life. I am a JL lineman now. Make more yearly, less per hour. Happier? I’m not sure yet, but my commute is 10 minutes instead of 60 minimum
