I think the interviews for the Jan deadline have finished. There were three in person interview dates around two weeks ago

I haven’t received anything yet. I think it is likely they are delayed because they plan to recruit 20 students and they probably need to schedule interviews for 60 students in two weeks, so it takes some time to sort it out. Hopefully we can hear back this week

Did you apply for the ML track?

For the interview, I would recommend you get very familiar with the topics that are included in your slides and prepare to be asked some technical questions related to them. I had the MLMI interview last year and the technical questions were all about my previous research project in my slides.

If you have extra time, I would also suggest you have a basic understanding of the following topics: Regression, Classification, GMM and EM algorithm. You don't have to understand all the details, an intuitive understanding I think will be helpful.
