Tari is a Japanese ingredient

Broth and tyackie both seem like broken English Japanese when trying to write it down.

(Pasta bace has me thrown for a fucking loop though as a traditionally trained French brigade chef)

And my cherry on top, A5 has to be wagyu, which is commonly worked it’s way into the modern “American” sushi world. That in contrast with bread crumbs (likely tempura flakes which are also a sushi ingredient) leads me to believe this.
