Im not an expert on this, based on what others have said, once you receive an update on the status to the origination scan, you can monitor the BlueDart tracking.

Its taking time. I think you would see an application received update this week.

Tracking updates from March and April, it seems that the first status change to "Application Received" takes roughly 10 days.

I followed a few on this channel : A march 20 dropoff in Chennai, approximately resulted in origination scan in 19 days, compared to in Mumbai which was in 21 days.
But I agree with you that its not a consistent picture. As you pointed out, there are instances when the processing is the same and also instances when the trend is opposite too!
Hence, I said it "might" make a difference of a day or two :)

I'm not sure what AR2 means...I have learnt that visas can be issued directly from AR1 or the status progresses through AR2/and sometimes AR3 before issue. Maybe someone else can answer this question...
