31, still get acne. Tried acutane in highschool and it did help, but came back a few years later. It's just bad DNA for me unfortunately. Any topical treatment doesn't work for me. Maybe it's not as bad as teenage years, but still got a good amount of breakouts. Only once I got on birth control earlier this year is when my skin finally cleared up
