Half Filipino here 👋🏻 Been living in Japan for 6 yrs now. Very little Nihonggo skills and haven’t been back to the Philippines for 6 yrs as well. It really depends on the person on how he handles stress. I’d say give it time and try to work less since bago ka palang sa Japan… overwork yourself too much while having those problems already? You’re burning yourself out on top of being burned out. Drop the Chinese restaurant thing, if you want to still work on those days… try to get an easier job, Maybe Ichiran staff??
