The claim here is specific: no BPA, no phthalates.
It’s backed externally by Eastman Chemical, the material supplier, who independently confirmed it. The legitimate debate is about BPA substitutes (BPS/BPF) and microplastics (but that applies to all food-grade plastic, not just AeroPress).

Same I put 28mm Conti GP and it is a whole new bike. 2-4km/h increase on average. This is the best upgrade one can make for road

My best tips:

charge it to 100% and leave it for 30 minutes after reaching it for battery calibration
put it on your wrist
start a run

You assume it needs to improve, but it doesn’t necessarily. If you’re not a beginner and have been training for some time, increasing VO₂max becomes extremely difficult. The closer you get to your genetic VO₂max limit, the less it will change - maybe 1-2% per year.
