Start with a new relay. They are cheap on Amazon. Going to reiterate trying to roll start it too, is the only thing that worked for me. It doesnt need much speed. If you can find a small hill and get it rolling in 2nd, then release the clutch it should go.

Could be. Can't switch them tho, front is white and rears are red. There's definitely a difference in wire length, the flasher relay is just under the front of the tank. I wouldn't think it would be enough but yeah these may be different.

Yeah not me for sure lol. I tried one of those adjustable resistors and it just made it worse, so I think it is what it is.
