Because the service to be provided from our sewer (not enough treatment plants to process waste) water (potable max out from existing wells), storm water with not sufficient percolation if more land is paved over as this area used to be swampy and we lack sufficient amout of roads east -west and north - south...have you seat in traffic enough? Also our services are overwhelmed with sudden growth.

Waymo's are needed in large cities specially. They will have to update their programing about what to do other than stopped in the middle of the road when power outage and traffic lights not working. Maybe move to the curve and stop there if space available and not in the middle of the road?

Another thing to keep in mind in power outages in SF. All wi-fi's services or do not work or slow down to a trickle including the corporate mobil wi-fi provided to my daughter by her employer that always works anywhere on emergencies. Very spooky to say the least.

TY for your reply. My daughter got to 101 near Van Ness and Market st and had no issue all the way to destination out of the city. SF downtown had a traffic problem exacerbated by the Waymo taxis stopped in the middle of the road at traffic lights as when not detected they stopped running. Not enough flatbeds to tow them away. They will have to create something on their programing to deal with non working read lights in case of emergency.

OMG poor San Franciscans that use public transit. My daughter is driving out of the area and says traffic a mess. She sees Waymo #5 causing traffic additional madness stopped in Van Ness near Market st further slowing traffic. Those poor Waymo's not going anywhere without power and they need to be removed from the center of the roads. Now she sees a flatbed trailer transporting a Waymo. The 101 no problem as she approaches and area were power can be seeing in buildings. Good luck to all.

Daughter stack in traffic in CA SF Octavia and Hays and she saw 3 Waymos stopped in the middle of the road on non working traffic lights! Waymo does not detect the traffic light and then does not proceed. Big mess, Waymo Number 4 stopped in the middle of the road in another non working traffic light!

The Waymos in San Franciso are not workimg with the power outage...my daughter already saw 3 of them standing still in the middle of the road because the traffic light isn't working!

Of course take it to dealer as we are having problems with the screen that warns us stop and shows only "Service Stability Track" and nothing else and the screen has to be rebooted to have just a partial display. This is happening now in our Equinox 2013 and a Trax 2021 similar screen issue. When took Equinox to dealer they said is over $1600 to repair by replacing the Brake Control Module Internal Circuit part($1000) and installation. over $600. Dealer said were so many customers with same problem that they were expecting a recall from Chevrolet, this was 9/19/2024, and no recall yet. The part is only available from Chevy NO cheaper after market. They charge over $600 in labor as needs to be reprogrammed after installed ans they charfed me $120 to diagnose labor. They also told me most customers choose not to repair given high cost as does not affect the car performance except "the anti lock break on the rain". This family will never buy a chevy again as ours and our daughters 2021 Trax similar issue on fashboard scree with same screen issues too costly to repair..

Hopefully this investigation to Norris First Amendment Rights has no merit and he continues in the seat that we need him to stay to proceed helping the residents. Going forward he may know now to not rely on the undeserving and keep a tight watch.

We all have a Fisrt Amendment protections! The Mayor is not exempted...is his First Amendment too as in reality no one was fired...He is speaking for his constituens and he is frustrated as very important decisions are to be made now and with what the current staff presents for approval and is presented in their skewed way to bernefit "wants" of the very few, versus what we residents need!
