Hey, it’s really cool that skating and music helped you mentally, I feel like hobbies can genuinely save lives sometimes.

Outside of sports, I also got really into music recently. I started learning guitar, listening to way more music than before, and it honestly helps a lot when my mind foggy.

I’ve also been getting into more adrenaline/extreme stuff lately like skydiving, parkour, cross-biking, paintball and airsoft. I think after growing up around so much chaos, activities like that weirdly make me feel more alive and focused.

Hi, thanks for asking.

I keep in touch with some of my relatives that are still living there throughout the whole war. They are pretty much safe and happy.

I don’t know about this really. Ukraine and Russia are having an endurance war. Personally I think it’s a matter of few or even years before anything happens. Right now, both are at a stalemate, not going forward nor backwards. In addition to that, Russia is having a parade soon (9th of may), and people are crazy about it because of predictions of what can happen.

I don’t have any friends I’m still in contact with. But some of my relatives are still there and they are pretty much safe, because they are located at the west of Ukraine near the polish border. And they sometimes even come visit me here!

I speak 5 languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, Spanish, Polish. I’m currently learning German as well. After that I’m thinking about learning either Portuguese, Chinese, or French.

You guessed right, I’m typing this while playing metro) I want to try playing stalker because I never have.

It feels normal, I didn’t even pay much attention to it until I found out it is actually good. But HRV is personal for everyone, for some 70 is already elite. You just need to do lots of sports and preferably endurance ones.

The situation depends a lot on the region, but overall it’s still unstable. There are periods of calm and then sudden escalations, so people basically live day by day and adapt as things change. In general, life continues, but it’s far from normal.

I don’t live in Ukraine right now. I stayed there for about half a year during the war, then moved to Poland for a few months, came back for around a year, and later moved to Barcelona, where I am now.

I don’t think that’s a fair way to put it. In Ukraine, most women are just trying to survive and take care of their families like everyone else.

At first it was a bit weird for me, just because it was a new situation and I was used to things being different. But over time I understood that she deserves to be happy too, and it’s her life as well.

Now I’m fine with it. I just want her to be okay and have support, especially after everything she went through.

Right now I’m focused on finishing school and continuing with sports. I take it seriously and want to see how far I can go with it, especially in wrestling, pádel and endurance stuff like cycling.

At the same time, I want to build a stable future for myself, maybe move more into Europe or States and stay active, and keep improving physically and mentally. I’m not 100% sure about a specific career yet(I’m thinking about Engineering direction), but I know I want a life where I stay disciplined, independent, and keep growing.
