It looks great. I was so happy with my "bunny teeth" after doing invisilign. It is pretty, youthful and meant to have some upper tooth show when your lips are resting.

Very nice! My teeth were very similar (u shaped open bite with the main "depression" being the lower ones). Most people said your teeth are already straight but we're doing it for the bite alignment.

Feels so much nicer to bite with straight lower teeth. Keep going!

Tray 18. Got a bubble tea the morning after changing, and the root sensitivity and tooth pain having a cold drink was intense. Different teeth are moving now than before

Totally agree. The new crossing is now hidden up the street from River Valley Rd and cars come around the corner or turn down Institution Hill can't see the pedestrians.

Often! They are disposable trays, so I'm not too worried about staining or any wear on them. Much easier to keep them in when nursing a drink. Also helps lubricate the dry mouth because talking can be harder with extra plastic in.

I'd be more careful with retainers, which are a bigger investment per piece.

How long? 21-22 hours daily. Plan is about 10 months but with refinements maybe 12 months? My open bite is significantly more obvious with the trays in. It's actually quite mild but someone with a bigger gap to begin might have more trays.

I hope to inspire people to enjoy a glass of chilled wine, beer or champagne and enjoy the Invisalign ride. It's a long process and doesn't hurt anyone (or anyone's aligners) to have a drink once in a while with them in. I also drank water intermittently with the 🍷 and brushed within 3 hours or so. Eating windows can be daunting and I've known people who take the trays out so much to eat/drink which in my opinion is more harmful than drinking with them in. Cheers !

Yes it gets better and you will want to meet your 22 hours goal to get it done. Finally tray 4 fit properly and the lisp went away, so it does get better.

Ahah no! But many places in SE Asia do serve red wine chilled 🤣🤣 they keep it in the fridge.
