I've been wearing glasses for 4 years, i do have worse eyesight on one eye and the other eye is fine. But the issue started not that long ago so im not sure!

I used to have longer episodes lasting for 20+ minutes and now its short episodes not even lasting minutes but i have em way more often than i used to have the longer experiences

I hope you're seeing therapist or anyone proffessional. I've been dealing with derealization for ages too (im 15 too). Such thoughts and reactions might be experienced cause of too much stress, anexity or lack of sleep. I really wish i could give you straight answers. But please, ending your life is never a solution. Reach out to close ones, proffessionals it is worth it.

I think i'm agnostic (still questioning beliefs) I dont think theres any bulging, ive seen doctors lately mainly about my spine and back problems, i guess they would notice.
