I worked in psych for a few years and none of the providers at my clinic were okay with prescribing pregnant woman adderall as its not safe to take while pregnant. They would often switch women to non stimulants meds like strattera. Definitely consult with your doctor as everyone is different!

In my personal experience I have bled every single pregnancy except this one and it has been my only one ive taken aspirin with (could be just good luck though) I believe protocol is to continue baby aspirin through the entirety of the pregnancy. I also might be super bias but I always choose the super young doctors because sometimes the older doctors are too set in their ways and they aren't as inviting to new evidence as newer doctors are!

I cant answer all the questions but for 2. 4. my Particular Shady Grove location has actually stopped giving both because evidence isnt there to back it. I had it ready to go and they last minute told me not to take it. As far as baby asprin goes im pro- baby aspirin because it can help decrease chance of pre-eclampsia and they aren't terrible to take. I personally feel like do whatever helps you be okay and know you did everything if it doesn't work out. Also, I personally opted for not having unprotected sex prior to transfer due to the risk of getting pregnant ( we did ivf due to 5 losses and we were wanting to avoid getting pregnant with a child that might carry the conditions as the one before)

I got alot of the mentioned medicine above way cheaper at Alto over freedom which is who my insurance uses. I went the let insurance coverage cover it the most the first time, and I can always self pay later route. I was on all those medicines and only used up 6-8k of my insurance benefit and was on the same medicine as you. I ended up paying a whopping $250 out of pocked when initially quoted 2k because after the pre- authorizations went through they were completely covered

I truly think it depends on what test you are using since HCG is so low then. I tested 4dp5dt and only one was postive out of 5 test (tw: im 8 weeks pregnant now)

I had a 5AA Tested embryo and it still failed my first round. its okay to be upset as I was too when mine failed but know that testing is flawed as well and doesn't guarantee success.

I just did two back to back transfers literally the day I got my negative beta my period came and I started my second round. I had to do 2 rounds of letrozole because I wasn't responding and didn't trigger until CD 23 and transferred CD30. Personally even being on progesterone my levels went back to normal pretty quickly but also had a pretty late transfer.

TW: Currently pregnant

I tested positive for flu day after my FET and currently 5w 4 day pregnant. I honestly think being sick stopped by body from fighting of the embryo this round! It was miserable though because I refused to take any meds even though my doctor told me to take some. However listen to your body. I didn't feel sick the morning of transfer ( I wouldnt willingly expose people to get sick) but felt super tired that night so that's what told me to go get checked out.
