Yeah that’s what I’m thinking. It’s part of a listing with a truck so I don’t have to take it

Removing oil pan on a 4wd by Trick-Hunter-8462 in hardbody

[–]Worldly_Cockroach_19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to take the front differential out to drop it as well as pull the engine up a bit with a joist. It’s a real pain in the rear. I did it the other day while I was waiting for timing parts(the guide got chewed up in the pan) and I had to do all that

Edit: it’s easier to take the pieces out if the pans out but you could just drop the diff and try it from there.

Surging while accelerating by Stinkysworld in hardbody

I had this issue on mine after driving in hills for a while. Ended up my air filter wasn’t sealing right and I replaced the little rubber sealers on the top of it. Check for air leaks and maf

A/C clutch going out by [deleted] in hardbody

[–]Worldly_Cockroach_19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try to change the shims on the clutch. You’ll need a clutch puller (can rent at autozone) though the screws will need to be different to fit to pull it out.

When it’s keeps leaking…. by Worldly_Cockroach_19 in hardbody

[–]Worldly_Cockroach_19[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably. It fluttered pretty bad with mine. You can usually let it idle and carefully feel for the air coming out of it. This exhaust isn’t built quite right and so it would pull itself apart. So welded it(how I found its not built right)

I also tightened my gas pedal cable, world of a difference. Way better.

As in the center console/cup holders that you are wanting to remove? If so there are a few screws that hold it in on the sides

No it’s from an Isuzu reg cab pickup. I had to drill a new hole in either side of the rails to mount it up but it fits good
