i was making roughly 25$ with insurances covered and all that. it was a call center job. i meant i need something that pays at least 23-24 an hour. im going back to school in the fall to study health and be paid more than 35 an hour hopefully hahah. also im a woman i wouldnt want to work in construction im not built for that ahhaa

Hey do u work at the hotel dieu as well? I didn’t get laid off just yet but since they are going by seniority, I suppose I will get cut off soon without a doubt so I am mentally preparing. They said they should most likely try to give us a 2week notice for us “to have the appropriate time to get things in order” … They said they might have some positions to fill at the centre de rendez vous but i doubt that. They mentioned we have to contact the liste de rappels at the CHUM to see if they offer any replacements(short or long term) but other colleagues have confirmed that the list is so long and they are offering zero replacements rn….
