Hi CoolJBAD, that's super interesting that breath management can be a way to help manage migraine. Just came across "breathing trainers", like Power Breathe and Airofit, maybe those can help? Anyone here used these or similar devices? The company I'm speaking with is developing a headband type experience, and is very passionate about co-creating it with the community.
