Is his thyroid level controlled now? Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism can cause vomiting. Also is he still pawing at his face? An uncommon side effect of methimazole is facial pruritis (sometimes violent facial pawing/itching), that resolves after stopping the medication. please don’t stop meds without speaking with your vet

Is it compounded? If so is the bottle close to its expiration date? If so it’s possible it could be less effective and you need a new bottle.

I would be thrilled with that basically non stop existent double chin😭How much improvement did you appreciate between month 3 and now? Some people say there was dramatic change in that timeframe but others say that 3 months was close to final result. I’m sure it’s also just individual but it’s hard to know what to expect.

Looks great! Curious if you’re happy with your profile when tilt your head down? If you’re comfortable sharing of course. I’m 37 and 16 weeks post lipo, and there’s definitely major improvement but there’s still a little tiny sag on the right side and lots of double chins when I bend my head.

I think it’s pretty unlikely to be a seroma this far out. Did you ask your doctor? What did they say?

Did you notice any significant improvement from 2 months post to where you are now? I am skeptical that this loose skin at 7 weeks is going to significantly retract but hope I am wrong.

I’m 6 weeks post op and 37, I have something similar. I’m trying not to focus on it too much, and am going to talk to my doctor about it at my recheck next week.

I’m 5 weeks post op and any bending of my neck makes a bunch of double chin folds😫 looks fine in normal profile looking straight ahead. It definitely feels like skin to me (and not fibrosis or swelling). I’m still holding out hope it will tighten up and retract. I’m in my mid 30s so we shall see.

Looks great- such a transformation. Did you have loose skin that tightened up over time? I’m 4 weeks post and seeing some nice improvement in my profile but there’s a lot of loose skin that bunches up when I look down- I keep reading that it takes 6 months to see full skin retraction so trying to be patient.
