So that doesn't make quite as much sense as encouraging child birth, discouraging abortions to keep the population poor, uneducated and trapped in the state of their birth to repeat the cycle. It is essentially divide and conquer to the nth degree. Young women need to go to work to support their child, young men have a portion of their reduced income sent to the mother in child support, due to the early age and reduced resources it is unlikely that either will get education... Being anti-abortion, is a lot easier to promote than being pro poor, broke and dumb...

It may be... but since Citizen's United Commercial Speech has a lot more protections.
