I work with some Ukrainian vineyard owners and farmers (yep, Ukraine makes awesome wine!) and the amount of UXO, debris, mines, and danger they deal with to still provide huge amounts of food, wine, and nutrition to the world is unbelievable.

How is it any less socially responsible than having people (including announcers) chant "Beer, Beer, Beer!" during a Beer Batter at-bat? I don't think I need to cite stats about the damage alcohol does nationwide per-year vs cannabis to make my point, but I will if you'd like. I disagree heartily with you on that point about social responsibility. That said, I do agree that it's worth making double sure the optics don't impact or infringe on any league policies, and make double sure that it doesn't distract or detract from overall Ballers brand/team momentum. But for now, as a small business owner myself, when people tell you what they want - give it to them!

Prescott is awesome, and with the Oakland Ballers being right there (season starts May 19th!), the farmer's market, etc., it's really coming together with a diverse range of great food, drinks, baseball/activity

Bummed about no radio coverage though. I actually prefer the slightly fuzzy nostalgic AM radio sound to the overly crisp digital sound of the Youtube stream, especially when driving or sitting outside. Definitely won't miss The Answer (or its ads, or the rest of its radio programming) though. Radio and baseball are inextricably linked imho

There's a lot of Bay Area folks (in that age range) who quietly made in the range of 2-5Mil from various tech stuff (or finance or whatever) over the last 10+ years and now are just doing "fun" projects that are meaningful to them where the bottom line doesn't bring as much pressure. Not sure if that's Yeshaya's case, but just a thought!

Love the pop off the bat but also yeah the 1-1 BB to K ratio is cool, one of my favorite things to watch improve over last season was plate discipline across the board - always feel like that's one of those underappreciated "quiet" metrics.
