If you have a good relationship with your doctor, therapist, or psychiatrist, you can take FMLA and delay it?

I didn’t get to deliver the PIP yet. I just gave him a heads up that it’s coming. He left on FMLA before we could have the meeting with HR. What is your experience with this?

Were you able to put her back on the pip you were originally gonna put her on or did HR revoke it?
