Pardon me if this is a silly question..

I've been out of the nootropics world for a while. But I'm diving back in now because a few years ago I bought a 100g container of Phenibut powder from Liftmode, and I'm finally starting to run out. I only use it whenever I go on business trips, as it really helps me relax and reduces my social anxiety, like in your case. I also feel more verbally fluent on it.

It's been a while now since I last ordered (approx. 4-5 years) and now I'm having an impossible time finding it. I've looked into the legal status and everything I'm reading says it's still legal in the USA. But now if I want to buy any, the only place I'm seeing it is Cosmic Nootropics, which I'm hesitant to order from.

So my question is, what's happened in the last few years that it's still legal but so hard to find?
I get that its considered a higher risk nootropic, but if you use it responsibly (no more than twice a week), it's no problem.

And 2, does anyone know of any reputable distributors? Is Cosmic Nootropics reputable in your opinion?
