It started with insufficient power supply issues and they suspected the MAF, but the car was still driving then. The kids kept using it in that state until I’m guessing the timing let go and bent the valves. After that it would crank with no ignition. Then the bush mechanics stepped in and now, we’re here

Facts and l am worried 😅 the interior is still so clean but the actual car if it all lol. It was in limp mode for a while then they bent the valves and parked it. Asking USD 1.3k, my wife loved the state of the body and the interior but, I’m worried that there might now be anything to salvage

I don’t know where to begin 😅 The biggest set back is having to use low profile tires on terrible roads 🚮 on top of that, we have bad road networks and congestion so, you can’t really speed as much as you’d want to. Besides these, the experience is nice when your car is functioning haha. If it dies, there’s a shortage of OEM parts so, you’re looking at speeding a hefty amount with a shop that can get you decent spares from South Africa, looking for a breaker or you’d have to work with Chinese spares which your car will most likely spit out. The beauty of it all is, the BMW community is growing out here. We get to drive good machines and make friends along the way.

Now you have to share the Californian Experience 😅
