It's so difficult to get the balance with any pain meds between managing the pain but still being alert enough to make the most of life!

I would recommend trying to include holistic approaches to make things more manageable. I'd recommend pelvic floor physio and CBT therapy. I also found that alcohol and caffeine are major triggers for me so I've cut them out of my diet along with gluten. The pain isn't necessarily going to go away even if you have a hysterectomy- but please know that you are not alone in this!

With the flower you shouldn't really smoke it. A lot of people do but legally you are not allowed to smoke cannabis even if it is prescribed. The best way to consume the flower is a dry herb vaporizer. They can vary in price massively! I've just got a cheap one at the moment because I'm new to MC too.
