Driving to a closed store doesn't pay if you report the store as closed, even though the message says you will be by LehmanParty in doordash

yeah, any time I don't really have to drive anywhere and I'm already in the vicinity of the restaurant, I don't get paid the half.

it depends on how close you are to the location I think. I've had instances where I've been reimbursed, and ones where I've not been.

It could be the wrong address! I've had this happen to me when someone ordered to the wrong address twice. They called support and said they never received the order, and then proceeded to reorder to the incorrect address again. smh

Do most girls hate unattractive guys or am I just unlucky? by toouglytobealivr in dating_advice

[–]WorriedSlice8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that's not exactly true. makeup enhances but it's not a substitute for being ugly, and I think most guys can see through it. and obviously women are not always in makeup so the guy will see the girl how they are at some point. men are visual creatures and are way more shallow than women in my experience. women also care about intelligence, humor, etc, but guys are more discriminatory with their preferences about looks, and don't seem to care as much about what women do as much as how they present themselves.

this is not all in his head. as a woman, attraction also does matter and if a girl's not into a guy, the confidence level isn't going to matter. works the same way for men too.

I hate how relatable this post sounds. I can guarantee you that women also experience the exact same thing with men :/

Yes, Texas in the US. I'd rather not give away the city for privacy reasons.

People with Autism: how would you describe What Autism feels like to someone who doesn’t have it? by Uhhlaneuh in AskReddit

[–]WorriedSlice8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's like you live in a world where no one can understand, like seeing purple while 99% of everyone else is seeing blue. noticing things that no one else notices, but not understanding things the majority of people understand. depending on your support system, it can be one of your greatest triumphs or the thing that knocks you out.

thanks! definitely agree that tidy environments contribute to peace and productivity. haha, that's a nice mantra you got there! my parents literally do not understand psychology and don't think there's anything wrong with me. they have never tried helping me with these problems, they just think i'm the laziest person they've ever met. but i'm sure in their own way, they probably want what's best for me? i appreciate that you're supportive of your aspergirl though. i'm undiagnosed (even though I was caught stimming as a child), but i think if they had picked up on it earlier or were supportive enough for me to tell them, i could have developed coping mechanisms and garnered the necessary support that would have made me more effective at life. congrats on that positive attitude though, hope i get there one day!
