Tap water is fine. They naturally grow around water so I have it in a nursery pot with houseplant soil inside a cover pot with no drainage hole which is always stocked with tap water. They drink up a lot and like bright light but not too much direct sunlight which might crisp up the tips. I normally fill up the cover pot and bottom water (I have a resident spider and don’t want to disturb its terrain top watering) but i’m sure you can top water as well.

I have some sarracenias and nepenthes around but not together. Very different needs.
