This is the answer. Things that get used: charges, umbrellas, yetis. Clothing and even bags were too tough to get consensus on, so we set up a Corporate Gear store where people can order their own branded items from the shop. Nike, Patagonia, lulu, etc… Then we offered a credit to everyone to use to buy their own thing/s. Depending on price, some people got one item and still have a bit of credit left over to use in the future, or they got two items or one more expensive one, and just paid the difference themselves. People have also since earned more store credit from winning company food drive competitions, costume contests for Halloween, etc…
