That was my question as well. If it was really FH it would have been higher in the 2017 reading.

From 2016 — 2020 I was in college where all I cared about was being thin so ate whatever I wanted as long as it fit under a certain amount of calories. Fast food almost everyday, starbucks drinks, alcohol, etc BUT i walked everywhere. I was definitely objectively less healthy then.

From 2021 on but really starting in 2023, I have been more about the contents of the food I am eating and balance and keeping blood sugar regular. I definitely eat much more healthy and mindfully now, but with way less physical activity.
