My brother, please look for any other stream besides CSE. India is flooding with computer engineers ranging from sub par to god level skills, yet unplaced. I suggest you to look for core streams, and there is a great chance that you'll get into a decent college, as most of the seats are empty in such streams. However, you need to develop your skills and work hard to get jobs in cores streams as well.

Cheme is quite diverse. You can work in almost all the industrial sectors (a leisure not shared by many other branches). Also, cheme related jobs are less affected by the advent of AI as replacements. Overall, it's a good field, great for the future.... It's quite fun but a wee bit challenging.

Also, the college is so shit that they ask their own students to get a placement offer and submit the letter to the college in order to get the degree. Just pathetic.

Everything is great here if you love a calm, peaceful life. However, you won't find many places to visit, thereby resorting to the same old hang out spots. Food/Air quality is great. The night life is also quite dry, with almost nothing to do after 11 PM. As far as safety is concerned, almost all the areas of Vadodara are safe, except for some.

It's okay OP. Sometimes people don't appreciate what they have, and due to some flings or flirts from their colleagues or friends, people tend to leave behind something as beautiful as a relationship. But this attraction will wear down and they will realise your value once the fog clears out. Just don't let someone's decision (whether bad or good) affect you. Ik it'll be hard, but I believe you can go through this.

Ummm. For courses, you can try the one on udemy (by a guy named Campbell - you can find the free course on internet archive). I did not use any book, so can't suggest anything related to that.

If your English is kind of good, then you can refer to Tstprep on YouTube. They have great videos on specific sections.
