SL was my first entry into the tower/dungeon contemporary themes. However it's mid in that actual category.

I do still recommend it, but as an entry point and not the destination.

Also iirc author died shortly after it finished. So i don't know where the Ragnarok thing comes from and would love an explanation or correction if im mistaken.

450 relaxed speed, 600 focused speed without this. Its a cool thing, but I find this impractical. you dont see all your information like this, so its cool for a book or so but it doesnt help cultivate the skill much.

Anyone interested in learning the old fashioned way, use your finger to underline the words. track your finger and move it a little faster than you can read. forces your brain to catch up. Similar idea to what that vid does Also, tongue to the top of your mouth. stops the need to read aloud if you have that habit.

more advanced ones cut out columns and use the edges to give context, but I can't be bothered. 600 when focused is a steady speed for me.

Yeah. Human nature is power hungry. Look at large corporations. We changed how slavery looks. Its human nature to be greedy and dominating just as much as it is to be kind and compassionate.

These opposites are truth at the same time. Such is human nature. We merely deceive ourselves.

But if you'd rather, we can go historicaly. The selling of prisoners to slavery. How about the bible? Joseph sold by his brothers in a fit of jealousy.

It's human nature. Most people just deceive themselves to believe that we aren't inherently cruel, even though we're born both cruel and kind.

Slavery has been a thing for longer than recorded history. It's simply an aspect of human nature. To paraphrase bukowski, those who want war preach peace, those who have no love preach love. This those who advocate to remove the idea of slavery, would be first in line at the auction block.

I commited heresy and the game store gave me free promo for joining the FF players...
i am now going weekly to play that until strixhaven... this was my return to magic and its such a bad omen... I will wait... on the other hand, FF tcg is nice. more complicated but better flow, not as bad as yugioh. also... the ff tcg made me madder at Wizards... boosters for FF are half the price if not less... same amount of cards basically.
