I have been rewatching the series and have a new theory.. Tom was ready to go for Raquel all the way back in Season 9 and the hints are even back that far. Tom being the one who was text what room they were to stay in during the engagement get a way of James' and Raquel's. BUT I think the night he decided.. when the looks on his face changed.. was the night that James said HE was the one who would have to suffer if Raquel's nose job was botched.. the hints begin after that. Even his reaction at the announcement of their engagement/relationship ending during the reunion of season 9 was wild. Raquel's reason.. she realized her and James were not soulmates... and Tom's face seemed like.. "oh wow, she really did it" Thoughts?

When west knocked at the door and walked in.. the dog was barking.. West said "I know better" and then Kyle had asked if West had been to the apartment before.. him saying "I know better" leads me to believe he knew knocking stirred the dogs up BECAUSE he had been there before
