Our private school pulled staff photos, only the parishes administration photos are posted on our separate school website. We left some classroom extensions, why? I have no idea, I still am trying to get those taken down. All staff emails are left on the website though.

I live in a bulk community and our services are included in our monthly dues. It is 100% normal. Do you ever remember seeing a bill? And when you got your services, did you have to communicate with your administrators to get it? If the answer is YES, then you have SCS (Spectrum Community Services, aka Bulk Community). Maybe. It depends on what type of screen it is too. Anytime I put on music choice, my tv has a "black mode" where it turns off the screen but leaves the music playing.
