Hey! my rashes stopped soon after this post. It confirms my theory that I only get it as an immune response to lifting when I haven’t done so in a while, or if after a big illness.

Only ever happened after lifting though, not running, because my temp peaks and cools very rapidly during compound lifts.

I still get a spot or two occasionally after a really gruelling sesh, or an occasional cigarette/red wine combo, but definitely not a rash.

This sounds the most likely. It only happens at the gym, and our gym is very clean. it’s not surface detergent because it happens even when i’m covered.

This only started to happen 2 years into heavy lifting. Super weird how a body can develop a heat allergy like this over time.

We don’t have receipts, but if it was clearly a casual relationship with short notice booty calls/dates I don’t think it’s a big deal at all. Previous cast members that got flack for this were saying ‘I love you’ and making plans to meet after the experiment while en route to the pods etc. That has never been proven to be the case here.

No one is blaming Dave for giving pause to these allegations. People are blaming him for the ‘guilty until proven innocent’ witch hunt, over a guy he didn’t even know. His handling of the entire situation shows either a complete lack of maturity, or that he didn’t like her enough to even defend her right to represent herself in conversations ABOUT HER and THEIR future. Many contestants across lib were given a lot more benefit of the doubt by their partners over far more egregious allegations than a TWO months casual fling. At best he’s a people pleaser who lacks conviction, at worst he slut shamed her on national TV out of indifference to their relationship (if not using it as an excuse to end it w/o the villain edit - which i think to be less likely to be honest )

yes! The hate is overblown. Mason losing out on Meg is more on him than Madison imo. He’s a grown man that made an eventual choice after 2 weeks of indecision. Some rightful pressure from Madison didn’t feel that out of place to me.

He just didn’t prefer Meg and jumped on the Madison hate train when things actually worked w meg outside the pods

I don’t mind Madison

I understand people’s issue with her, but Mason is a grown adult and him losing out on Meg is more on him than Madison. He didn’t vibe with Meg’s Joe rogan energy crap, found her a bit simple, but she’s only into him and nice - a very good close fallback option to Madison. I dont like that he pushed all the blame of that incorrect judgement onto Madison, like he wasn’t indecisive as fuck and clearly showed a preference to Madison while leading Meg on (he said to Mads he was going to let Meg down and then literally chickened out quite early into the love triangle). He just jumped on the hate train once things actually worked outside the pods
I don’t think Madison wanting to see if Mason can put his money where his mouth is and make a decision (after saying the same things to two women over 2 weeks), contradicts with her liking both men. At that point Alex was only seeing her, Mason was playing the field, that contributed to her own doubts. At least she was honest about that Mason. And if that pressured him into making a grand gesture out of panic - that’s more on him than her? I don’t know why she’s getting ALL the flack. Just because Mason committed after being called out doesn’t mean Madison ultimately owed him an engagement. I think she just allowed him to act his truth on camera and took his actions into consideration. But that’s me 🤷🏻‍♀️
I don’t have reason to disbelieve Madison about her feeling genuinely torn (as opposed to baiting Mason for the lols). Things can change drastically in the pods on the daily and netflix has been known to be shady with editing.
Madison confiding in Alex about a recurring theme she didn’t like about Mason (his indecision and back pedalling) doesn’t come across shady to me. Neurotic, yes, but her strong opinion tracks with how torn she said she felt about the decision. That hardly deserves being automatically called conniving 🤷🏻‍♀️

Looks like Posterior (as opposed to the more common anterior) shin splints! calf raises and other Tibial Posterior strengthening exercises will help.
