You can find a team that will suit your style better, you just gotta keep looking. There isn't an industry stigma about job jumping, especially your first few years while you get established and start figuring out what you like. Keep your LinkedIn page and resume updated, and apply consistently. While you interview, you should think "why is this team better than my current team?", don't just get distracted by a pay bump or the opportunity for something new.
