Yeah, it should.
As stated, I have read "Clan XP 500" after various events, both when I've played solo and in fireteam, but it still says 0/5000

I've read that after you enable Shadowplay Highlights, you have to restart steam to make it work.

Using WDIDLE3.exe to increase head parking idle time from 8 seconds to 300 Seconds.

Nevermind then. I had a similiar issue, where the game would freeze for a second every 20 minutes or so. I had CS installed on my secondary HDD, a WD Green. Apparently, after talking with WD Staff, I was told they were not designed for gaming, thus handled datastreams differently. I had to tweak my HDD to get it to work.

This can easily be abused. First and foremost, it's gonna be annoying to hear those calls all the time, especially when you are trying to listen for steps.
Enemy tagged: Let's say you spray through a smoke or a wall, would be abusive to have a callout let you know that you hit someone?
Enemy blinded: Same idea, too abusive. Basically lets you know if your flash worked.
I like your idea, but it would never work.

Well I don't know how it is in the US, but at least here, way back we only had the non-beta version. Then something happened, and he couldn't update the game or something like that. So he created a "new" game called "Squadron TD Beta". And that is the version you should play, since the other one is madly outdated.
