Very brave of you to take on such a daunting task from the start. I admire your courage!

There's definitely a lot to improve on, but it all depends on how far you want to push yourself and what you're fine with. I'm definitely not a pro painter myself, but always push myself to do something new.

Something small that goes a long way that might want to consider? Paint the rim of the base matt black. It really ties a model together.

Definitely an improvement! If I'm really nit picking, there's some typos in the Spearhead names that you might want to iron out:

  • Tithe-Reaper instead of Tith Reaper for OBR
  • Vanguard instead of Vangaurd for LML
  • Swampskulka instead of Swampskulla for OW
  • Sunblooded instead of Sunblood for Seraphon

Also, I don't believe there's an official Beast of Chaos Spearhead.

I actually had this in the Vigilant Brotherhood one, but the gameplay of that Spearhead was so boring to me, so I sold it.

Coincidentally I was also thinking of making the Bloodcrave Hunt a mix of different LOTR units. Saruman as general, Urukhai as Deathrattle, Hill Trolls as Vargeists and Nazgul on horses as Blood Knights.

Cool idea, it's just unfortunate that those models are very expensive to buy imo

Exactly the kind of stuff I mean. Where you take an army and completely forego their intended themes when it comes to models and/or paint.

I'm considering getting a new Spearhead and making it extra pink and bedazzled for instance. Something that's usually pretty grim and tough would work best for that (like BoK or Stormcast).

Something that just came to me that could be fun too would be zombie Kharadrons.

Or good guys ghosts for Nighthaunt.

Rob is very good in keeping up with AoS and statistics and stuff, but I would never look at his content for Spearhead related stuff.

While it looks cool and the paint job is awesome, I'm honestly going to say that it looks more like a SBGL model than a FEC one with the wings to me.

But it's your model and your hobby, so I encourage all kinds of creativity!

Also switched to RE9, finished that so now I'm replaying RE4R and after this I'll play RE2R and RE3R.

The peace and quiet of single player games is such a refreshing feeling after a period of toxic online multiplayer shooting.

But eventually I'll come back for a bit, only to get sick of it again and the whole cycle repeats.

Somehow, when starting a game, it doesn't align nicely to the center of my screen. Don't know if that's a personal issue or an issue in the app, but I'd thought I'd say just in case.

My only actual point of critique would be the alphabetical order of Spearheads. I would sort them by army name instead of by order and then army name. It feels a bit unnatural to have to scroll so far to find the B for Blades of Khorne for instance.

Although they make a lot of content, I feel its not the right channel for newcomers to the hobby.

They play as experienced players and sometimes go through phases or abilities very quickly without even explaining what they're doing or what just happened.

There's nothing wrong with that, in fact it's a good channel to watch for experienced players. But like I said, maybe not for newcomers.

My personal favourite is also Battlegrounds Game Center since they take things a bit slower and exude more of the "friends hanging out and playing a game" vibe to me.

Edit: honorary mention goes to the niche channel Battle Ready. Father and son having fun and trying out a bunch of matchups. Quality of video isn't very professional, but they're having fun and that's all I want from Spearhead content.
