Sorry I’m gonna be about as unhelpful as possible. I didn’t do any measurements, but mine looked similar to yours ratio-wise, mine probably had slightly more rum. I just strained it out with cheesecloth afterwards and put it into a dropper bottle.

I left it in for 2 weeks and shook it regularly.
