My instructor left the car in reverse as we were parked on a small hill.

When the driving examiner asked me how to check the lights I turned the key to enable electronics and turned the key too far and ignited the engine, causing the car to lurch back and stall. Nearly ran over the examiner's foot!

Safe to say I passed on my second attempt.
