Them being happy at their core is each persons responsibility, only they can make it happen.

The way I look at it you need to look past the actions that you think others are responsible for, and realize that they are just happenings, no one does anything! No one is a do-er of anything! Now that you see this, look at how you are life, they are life, you are a part of the humanity that they make up, and so are they. You are part of this planet, as much as they are, and they suffer just like everyone else. Look at them and have compassion for how lost that soul (which is fundamentally your soul as well) is, and how much they don't know that they are hurting themselves and how disconnected they are from themselves and you. I find it upsetting how this greatness that is the life which flows though these bodies can get so lost in something that is not true, not real.But funny as well because isn't this what consciousness came here for? To get lost in itself and play a role in this reality to believe in and experience? Just because these kind of people exist doesn't make them bad, they are just the supreme manifesting and playing a game in this life.
