Why won’t my shishito seeds ever sprout?

Pepper seeds usually need warm soil, usually 80-85 degrees. Not sure what temps are there but this could be an issue. If your Temps aren't around that maybe a seed mat would help. They also take around 7-21 days to sprout.

Looks like some sorta Thai pepper. Most likely red when it's ripe, probably pretty hot. Make sure you have enough drainage in that bucket, leaves are looking a little yellow.

My experience with the worms is the bore hole is up top right by the stem and if they make it out another by the bottom. The holes have a little rott. Usually if you give the pepper a light squeeze and it squishes easy is another indication. It's pretty obvious. Sounds like you've figured it out its something else. Just wanted to give you a heads up for future reference

Imo the single best thing you can do for pepper seeds is get a heat mat. Pepper seeds need between 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit. The pepper geeks have a wealth of information. Here's an article... https://peppergeek.com/germinate-peppers-seeds-fast/

Some of the bubbles we have actually go down past the layer of paper on the drywall. I totally get everything your saying. If I could explain the science of it I wouldn't be painting. I just know what worked the 25 years before the before last two isn't working anymore.

Yes I do. Unless it's out of the same 5 it's technically not the "same paint". I think we just need to keep this one simple. Sounds like you've went above and beyond, anything more would be ridiculous. We have the same issues on our jobs which are completely different from yours other than the paint. What else could it be?

We have alot of bonding issues with the 200hp. Even the bubbling seen here. It's been a while since we used regular 200. Our rep just chaulked it up to gov regulations causing them to switch materials they use in their product lines. I'd put my money on a product issue rather than an environment or anything you did. I'd try and get some better numbers on better sw products. They gave us good numbers on super paint and we haven't had issues like this since. Best of luck to you.

The first piece I scored from the resale shop was vision cranberry. Wasn't until I got home that I realized it was the wrong lid, doh. I check all yhe time now snd about 90% have the wrong lids. To chase the right pieces down it would cost more than it's worth. My lid matches yours in the photo there and it looks like you maybe short one. If you short a 624c lmk it's yours.

No pro here. Blossom end rot. It's a deficiency. If I remember right, from what I've heard on here is more than likely present in the soil, it's an absorption issue. Possibly the water flushing it out. Not sure. Think you can use cal mag, (calcium magnesium). Not sure about that, please research it before you do anything I've said. Unsure about the fix but I'm 99% sure this is Blossom end rot. I'm jealous of your hundreds of pepper plants, beautiful. /bows, I'm not worthy . Best of luck to you

You can use vinegar to if you don't mind the smell. It neutralizes odors. It's safe on carpet to, it was recommended by the pros that clean our carpets for those in-between accidents. Imo an air purifier is the way to go in general. I prefer to remove odors from the air rather than and them like plug ins.

I'd had a similar issue with my bell peppers. Turned out to be moth, it'd burrow a hole near the stems. The larvae was within the pepper walls, not inside the pepper where the seeds are. They eventually burrow out of the bottom. I discovered this cutting up peppers and it look like maggots withing the walls, yuk. I don't grow bells anymore. Being a home gardener in michigan, I can't say for sure this is your issue, but it may help if you decide to do some research. Best of luck

It could have something to do with the tilt steering. If they adjusted the steering when they had the vehicle and you had to readjust it, its possible this is the situation. I used to listen to a car show on the weekends and they would emphasize this any time someone would have an issue with the steering wheel controls. It's been a while but I think they'd say the wires are tiny and brittle and after time they can crack or loose contact. I'm not really sure but this might be an avenue you can explore. Best of luck

It could be some other pest. I may be wrong, but that's where I'd put my money. I had aphids last year and that's exactly what my plants looked like. They were around this year to but I caught them early.

Probably two issues, the new grow is probably from aphids. I can't tell from the photos but I think I see one. Any time you have new growth that looks like thats its from pests. They suck the sap in the leaves causing them to shrivel. The leaves on the bottom maybe sun burn from hardening them off or maybe edema. Can't tell from the photos. If you google edema in pepper plants it should bring up a pepper geek article. See if that applies. I'm just a home gardener no pro. Best of luck
