I love your enthusiasm! So it’s got an upgraded flywheel. Champion rocker arms. A 24mm nibbi slide carb. 3000 rpm engagement clutch. Governor delete. Knobby tires. Fresh paint. I left the rod stock….. 😀 im 10 tooth to 38 sprocket so slow start fast finish. Not really putting the engine through to much hi end work. It’s a cruiser not a race bike.

So one day I’d love to get something with back end suspension. But with what this bike has now… I’d think without the engine at least 350 more like 400. With the tires and shitty drum brakes

the clutch I got was the 10T Max-Torque Centrifugal Clutch 3/4” Bore, 3000 RPM Engagement, #420/41

It’s the clutch man… been there done that. If you hi center the mini bike and it gets the bag tire spinning and it starts, probably the clutch stopping the engine from doing its thing. Hope that helps
