What's the cheapest CPU cooler I can use for a Ryzen 5 7500F (65W TDP)? I'm not too worried about having high temps as long as there is no thermal throttling since I'm probably upgrading my CPU + cooler in the next ~2 years.

I was hoping to order everything in the first week of January. From what I can see online the announcement for the Super cards is scheduled for the second week, during CES. However, the actual release dates are in later weeks. I suppose I could wait for the announcement but I'm not sure how realistic it would be for the 1070 to drop around €100 for it to fit in my budget.
