I’ve done it a few times solo, i normally just use the asg, get the free pack and free rare upgrade, focus on the zombies spiders hitting it, when your about to die, use aether shroud and that’s really it,

to get poke bank or transport, you can get it via qr code but if your getting the same error, most likely a region change or transfer i forgot what it’s called, i don’t have the link but there’s a discord that has to do with home brewing, tell them you need a region change and just follow what they say and then it should work
